This florist will NOT disappoint. Every single time I get or send flowers from Harbour Bay they exceed my expectations. All of their arrangements are gorgeous and of excellent quality. They are worth every penny. I'll never use another florist.
Walked in there after looking online for nearby florist. Made an appointment Sat down with Lisa to go over my wedding centerpieces. She made the whole experience a breeze, very pleasant to work with! Can’t wait to see the final project!

I called Sat 11-4-17 and wanted to send flowers to my dear friend of 50 some years for her Birthday. I live in MD and did not know that to deliver the flowers they may have problems because it is a gated community. Barbara warned me of that so suggested the flowers be delivered to her work. I did not know where she worked but Barbara took my friends cell #, found out where she worked and had a gorgeous display of flowers delivered to her for her birthday. Thank you soooooo much. Went out of her way to help me!!!
