RecommendedJust had an hour and a half massage with Kyle P . The deep tissue massage was amazing , he is very skilled and has great pressure for anyone looking for a dee tissue or a therapeutic massage he is so good . I’ve had sciatica and hip pain and going there to see him helps tremendously. Very easy to talk to and such a nice guy . I’ve been to both downtown and north Syracuse locations they are both very nice , comfortable new tables and very clean and friendly staff . I prefer downtown it’s closer but I highly recommend Kyle P !

I had a 90 minute sports massage with David that was a fantastic combination of deep pressure and stretching. The facility was clean and relaxing.. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of my new membership for add-on’s next time!

My husband and I had a couples massage with Katie and David and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. David worked on all the sore spots I have in my upper body. It was my husband’s first massage and he’s ready to set up another appointment.

Tranquil and relaxing environment. From the moment we requested booking online to arrival, it was nothing but utmost professional. My wife and I enjoyed a superb couples massage. Heather and N’zinga were amazing. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The attention to details were amazing and the environment was superbly clean and disinfected. Perfectly safe environment. Open on Sundays too. Booked our next session. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
