Annette is incredible! I had never experienced acupuncture before and she is knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I have since gone to two sessions and I have felt energetic (no afternoon crash) and my chronic hip pain has disappeared. I’m looking forward to my next session!

Had a wonderful experience with my first massage at Hand in Health. Easy check in process and the space felt calming and safe. Russell is skilled at deep tissue/therapeutic massage and did excellent work on my upper back and neck (knots galore!) - looking forward to next session!

Do yourself a favor and go to Hand in Health, you will not be disappointed. I have severe scoliosis, I've tried chiropractic care, PT and now I have fallen in love with massage! Kyle and his whole staff give great suggestions on things you can do outside of the massage to help relax and stretch the muscles. I prefer firm pressure and I have also become a fan of cupping. They are caring, kind and very professional. I have recommended this to anyone who asks! Book an appointment, self-care is IMPORTANT! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

I am working here from out of town and was looking for a good place to get a deep tissue massage for back issues. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily on the website. I had an appointment with Russell. It was an absolutely great deep tissue massage! He is very skilled at what he does. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him. They also have great introductory rates.
