Everyone from receptionists, assistants, Dr. Ashley, assistant to help with frame selection and glasses were friendly, kind, efficient, professional. Environment is warm, welcoming and clean. Dr. Ashley always welcomes me, answers any questions, explains options, possible causes, expected outcomes, does not make patient feel inhibited or uncomfortable.
Dr Crouch and his entire team are very professional, yet made me feel welcome, and I knew they’d take care of my eyesight needs.

Nice experience
The receptionists were friendly and professional and explained all the paperwork. There was a short wait but all the exams were done thoroughly and quickly. And Dr. Kevin took the time to answer my questions. They have a big collection of frames to choose from. I have been going here for a number of years and plan on going here for more years to come.
