Was surprised that the Lady i usually have was not there but the lady I did get was very helpful and I really enjoyed it because she suggested I could sit down and she brought the frames to me which really helped a lot as I have a back problem so my experience was very good there I would give you an A+ rating and hoping I like my new glasses when I get them
