Pleasant greeting from receptionist to put one at ease. Great chairside manner from Dr. Kevin. He answered all my questions and seemed to genuinely care and make suggestions for ongoing care. Lindy showed great patience with me and provided great service in making eye wear decisions.
I have been treated with nothing but kindness and sincere respect since my first appointment well over a decade ago. Your office/staff has is by FAR the BEST I have ever been exposed too in any practice. The acalades are well deserved!!!

Ever since Jackie left, the knowledge of the women helping with glasses and insurance has been questionable. Today the women were way nicer than they have been and they were very helpful. But it took 3 of them to figure out the insurance and by then, i felt very unsure they were correct.
Lizzie was very patient with Emma trying on MANY frames! All staff were friendly.
