Just as expected for watching Happy Days We drove friom South of Salt Lake Cuty and choked in to the Hampton Inn almost next door. Didn't feel like driving also went in the recommendation of the hotel. We weren't disappointed. New but 40s decore. Booths, bar stools on a long serving area, jukeboxes at each booth. Better than average September 10, car-show night - We were going to avoid the crowd, but got right in, service was great, food was hot and good, lots of activity that night so it was a little noisy, but we could still carry on a conversation. Out-of-town friends from Santa Rosa were impressed with the quality and ambiance. Thanks Dixie's!

Like Home Made If you are in the mood for a really good stacked high BLT, a regular old fashioned cheese burger, tuna melt or any other American comfort food, Dixie's is a solid bet. Ask for brown gravy for your french fries. The service is fast and friendly.

EXCELLENT FOOD-GREAT ATMOSPHERE We loved this diner! There were four of us travelling and each ordered something different and were not disappointed. There was a good variety of food to choose from on their menu - almost overwhelming: from burgers-fries, sandwiches, to complete home cooked typed meals and everything in-between. Of course, they also have sundaes, milk shakes, etc. Great food and service...

Fantastic Ribs and Huge Quantity We had the special that day which was a huge portion of Pork Back Ribs which were tender and meaty and not fatty at all. The sides were also good and service was fast and courteous.

Good food and lots of it We stopped in Idaho Falls on our way up to Yellowstone. Based on reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to give Dixie's a try and we were not disappointed. The food was all good and there was plenty of it. My wife had the burger and fries, I had the meatloaf, my daughter had an omelette (and the huckleberry milkshake), and...

I have never had a bad meal here and I eat here several times I week, because I work very nearby. The food is always good and there is a lot of choice on the menu. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

This is not your typical diner. Food, service, decor are all excellent. Food flavors and prep are great. Would highly recommend.

Great place, really neat ambience and good food. We were seated immediately and our waitress really took great care of us. The food arrived in a timely...
