Deb did a great job selling y house, she gave me great input on pricing and showing and then advertised and kept the property in the public eye even during the winter months when it is hard to sell. Thanks to her skillful handling I ended up with several offers and was able to negotiate quickly on the best one. I highly recommend Deb and her group.

Deb was fantastic and took us to locations that we hadn't seen before and really listened to what we wanted as buyers. A lot of the things we didn't know we necessarily wanted beforehand, so she did a good job predicting things and making changes according to what we liked or not. Deb is very prompt. If we called or emailed she would reply back quickly and that was appreciated. She was also willing to organize the open house for the property we were selling and provided lots of feedback on how to do that.

In our opinion, you would be crazy to go with anyone other than Deb with buying or selling your property. She was very professional and we never had to worry about anything popping up at all during the entire process of buying and selling.

We recently purchased an inexpensive channel lot on Wawasee. We are familiar with the area but live out of town. Deb made the entire transaction very smooth by taking the time to keep us updated on the status of every single step of the process. What is most impressive was that she gave such detail to a transaction that I am sure yielded little commission! We will surely utilize her services again in the future and will highly recommend her!
