Deb and Seema went way above and beyond in a very difficult selling situation to get my house sold. They did all the work and all I had to do was sign papers. There were several times we could have lost the buyers, but their skills kept the buyers at ease and the sale went through. This is the BEST selling experience I have ever had. True professionals and they care greatly. HIGHLY recommend

We were looking for a house in the Warsaw area and saw that the houses in our price range were selling quickly. When we saw a house of interest we called the Deb Paton Showley Group and we were put in touch with Katy Dilley an agent there. She arranged for a viewing on the same day. DEB & OXANA SOLD 2 PROPERTIES TO ME AND SOLD 1 FOR ME. ALL 3 TIMES THE PROPERTIES WERE BOUGHT OR SOLD IN A VERY SHORT TIME. [LESS THAN A MONTH] THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED QUICKLY GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER WITH COUNTER OFFERS. THEY ARE FAIR TO BOTH SIDES.
