C & K installed the roof, gutters and soffits 7 years ago. Water is now running down the walls on the inside of my house. I contacted C&K. A rep came out and looked in the attic and said that my roof is leaking and someone would get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago and no one has called. I have a 25 year warranty but that does not seem to matter. C&K refuses to fix their own work. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never met or communicated with Laura. I met with who I am assuming is her son, who must have relayed what I said to her. Upon arriving at the appointment on the morning of 2/3/2022, I looked in the attic and saw excessive frost on the roof boards and asked him if the "leaks" occurred on the warm day just prior to his phone call. He said they did, and I explained to him that it most likely melted all the frost in the attic. While the employees were nice, the quality of the work and/or the installation is subpar. Since the installation of our windows 5 months ago, C & K has had to come out four times; twice because our windows leaked so badly there were streams of water coming in the molding ruining our drapes, the drywall and the brand new window sills they installed.

In early January of this year, C&K Services responded to a window leak. We discovered that there was an excessive ice dam that was causing a leak to back up into the overhang at the top of the window. We cleaned up the ice issues and recaulked the top of the window. The problem was resolved, no charges were issued, she even had a small hole in her screen that was repaired as well. Then we were informed that a lower window was leaking after a very heavy rain.
