While the employees were nice, the quality of the work and/or the installation is subpar. Since the installation of our windows 5 months ago, C & K has had to come out four times; twice because our windows leaked so badly there were streams of water coming in the molding ruining our drapes, the drywall and the brand new window sills they installed.
Business response:
In early January of this year, C&K Services responded to a window leak. We discovered that there was an excessive ice dam that was causing a leak to back up into the overhang at the top of the window. We cleaned up the ice issues and recaulked the top of the window. The problem was resolved, no charges were issued, she even had a small hole in her screen that was repaired as well. Then we were informed that a lower window was leaking after a very heavy rain.
