We are pleased with our new roof . Salesman Jeff brought samples 2 times ,so I could be happy with my choice of shingles. He also helped resolve a billing concern . We did have a leak ,the night of the install . Had to do with the roof not sealing tight yet . Their inspector arrived shortly after I called and a repair was done that afternoon. C & K replaced the roof on my house. The sales rep was very good at explaining my options and why he recommended the shingle that he did. The dumpster and roofing crew arrived on time. The crew worked quickly and were very respectful of my house and property. They cleaned up when finished. My roof looks very nice. The cost was reasonable.

C&K just replaced our door yesterday. They installed a stained glass full view ProVia front door and storm door. We were very happy with the salesman, Jeff. The ordering process was pleasant. Jeff answered all our questions and showed us samples of the door colors and glass before we ordered the door. C&K received the door on schedule and installed it earlier than scheduled. The installers were prepared and installed the door in 5 hours. They did an excellent job and took away the old doors.

We needed to replace our roof and decided to go with C&K. They were fairly priced, didn't over sell us and gave us the best quality workmanship for our investment. The warranty is also excellent. Ryan and his staff are professional and they cleaned up our home meticulously afterwards. Ryan is also very prompt in replying to any questions you may have along the way. After receiving three quotes I chose to use C&K for a tear off and re-roof of our Cedarburg home in 2015...and I was very pleased with both their price and ultimately their workmanship. Fast forward to 2020 and the need for another re-roof, this time on our home in Hartford. Again I chose to get 3 quotes, all from area contractors. Had C&K out to assess an issue of a roof leak related to ice damming. Jeff came out about a week after our request, another company told us they wouldn’t get out here for at least 6 months. He made sure the work was done in a relatively short time. we had heat cables, new gutter, with leaf guard and down spout applied. The workers were polite and very neat. Our experience has been very positive and would use them again. Jeff was easy to get hold of when we had questions.
