I ended up having (2) biopsies which were sent off to Summit in Colorado. After 2 weeks, I called for the results and was told that the results were back and a nurse would call me. One week later, I called again and again was told that a nurse would call me. No call. A few days later, I went to the clinic and the receptionist told me that she would take care of it and get my results to me. My file was lost several times. Haven't had a treatment there in nearly a year yet my bill continues to rise and no one there can explain to me why. nor do they try. This clinic is too busy to care about their patients. Be WARE! They WILL continue to bill you and will not provide you with proof.
