I am not one to share my medical experiences, however, I was referred to Dr. Paul Massey for removal of skin cancer on my head using the MOHS procedure. Dr. Massey was so professional and confident in his approach that I felt it essential to let you know what a superb job he did in removing the cancer. He removed a section of tissue that normally would have to be replaced by a skin graft. I was not looking forward to that particular part of the procedure. I've been going here for years. The people are great. However, I was in last week and kind of got chewed out for waiting over a month to have a growth on my neck looked at right away as soon as I noticed it instead of waiting about 4-6 weeks before my regular 6-month appt. So, the biopsy came back as cancerous but I can't get in to have it removed for another 2 months. So, what was the hurry?
Dr. Krystal Massey & Katia were amazing. Great care and a willingness to explain things well. I felt very at ease. I would highly recommend them.
Just returned home from having a mohs procedure on my hand. It was my first time at this clinic and I would reccomend them to anyone. I was very impresses with the care I recieved. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr Neville made me feel like I was her only patient, answerd all my questions, gave good instructions and was very warm. To Whom It May Concern, I had two appointments in September, one at the beginning of the month and another approximately two weeks later. Although I was dissatisfied with the long wait times for very brief visits, I am writing specifically regarding the refund check that I was told would be sent to me. Michel Dowling screwed up a simple procedure leaving an unnesscary scare & when I told her about it she called in the surgeon into the room (not at my request) to the muddy the water.. I have gone through years of trials, I am unfortunately on my own, lost my husband, got hit by a semi, worked taking care of Seniors, hours cut during covid, shoulder surgery, no settlement from the trucking company, then SKIN CANCER. I ended up having (2) biopsies which were sent off to Summit in Colorado. After 2 weeks, I called for the results and was told that the results were back and a nurse would call me. One week later, I called again and again was told that a nurse would call me. No call. A few days later, I went to the clinic and the receptionist told me that she would take care of it and get my results to me.
