When I took my pet here two years ago I knew she had a yeast infection from the antibiotics she was on. The vet assured me she didn’t and we left. We got 5 minutes down the road and got a call from the vet telling us she just looked at the sample and our dog did have a yeast infection. I was so mad because the vet didn’t look at the sample I brought in till after we left. How can you diagnose a patient without looking at the sample.

This place is very unprofessional I have brought my rabbit into the clinic and meanwhile I hear the employer yelling at all her employees and have seen employees very upset over the employer being very unprofessional in front of customers! The clinic stinks, and it’s a horrible environment! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Very disappointed in the care here. My family recently lost their pup. She was not even that old, the vet tested her as she was just a Inconvenience. Had no desire to research and test to help this poor pup. Family is heart broken. Very disappointed.
Well I was impressed with this clinic initially but after my last call I feel like my dog was just a number or that they have no regard for his care. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and we will have to put him to sleep. The woman I talked to on the phone gave me a price and that they would charge me extra to be in the room with him as he passes and if we do not stay with him she told me that depending on how busy they are it could be a while before they got to him. When we first started with Cheyenne Pet Clinic 10 years ago, we were beyond impressed. We were able to make appointments right away if needed, and never sat long in the waiting room. We found all the vets to be caring and more importantly, very knowledgeable in their practice. I think this has become both a blessing and curse for Cheyenne Pet Clinic, as unfortunately, their popularity has made them so busy that it is affecting the quality of care their customers receive. Not impressed at all with them.. the one thing the did do right was refund my 300.00$ for the job they didn't do correctly!.. just my opinion from experience
