RecommendedDO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! The staff does not care about the well being of your pets. My cat went in for a procedure and they tore his trachea while intubating him, I had to leave him overnight they gave him back to me covered in urine, I had to take him to another vet cause this place was less than concerned about what they did. They also tried to pull my dogs front teeth and after getting a second vets opinion he didn't need any teeth pulled. Not once have they tried to take accountability or correct what they've done. Take 4 of our dogs there .I have paid thousands of dollars and have made made payments because it was okayed by Dr. Church. Our original Dr. Crystal disappeared and they wouldn't say where she went! We continued there because we were able to make payments. Which I paid off high amounts numerous times. One dog has allergies and diabetes. So she needs allergy shots , insulin. I wish there was a way to say yes and no. Our past visit for a dental cleaning March 3rd. While dropping him off that morning I personally advocated/requested a 2 view abdominal X-ray (this was never suggested by the veterinarian) for a dog that was struggling to eat for the past two weeks and had been seen 2 times prior for lack of appetite. We have been using Cheyenne Pet Clinic for the past two years for the care our three dogs and cat. There have been hiccups here and there (they always have new front desk associates), but for the most part the docs and techs have been wonderful. My experience today has completely changed my opinion of the clinic and left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. My experience here has been pretty good for the most part. Staff and doctors have all been friendly. I guess my only complaint is how hard it is to get my pets seen. Maybe it's just my timing but every time I call for an appointment I am immediately put on hold. I waited once over 12 minutes for someone to help me. After giving my name, pets names and services needed they put me on hold for another 6 minutes for them to check their calendar only to tell me they are booked out for months! RecommendedJust called to get my sick dog in and the receptionist told me they had no available appointments until at least next Wednesday! I guess I’ll have to find a different vet today to get her taken care of, I don’t know what else to do

When I took my pet here two years ago I knew she had a yeast infection from the antibiotics she was on. The vet assured me she didn’t and we left. We got 5 minutes down the road and got a call from the vet telling us she just looked at the sample and our dog did have a yeast infection. I was so mad because the vet didn’t look at the sample I brought in till after we left. How can you diagnose a patient without looking at the sample.
