Water, rubbish, basic TV and a route shuttle on scheduled days are free ammenties. 2 swimming pools, car care area, basketball and tennis courts, a dog park and kiddie area, laundry and fitness center along with free wifi and internet access in the common area leasing office are all free!! Carlton arms is the best! My family and I moved to Lakeland and by chance found Carlton Arms, and I am SO happy we did! They are amazing. They always keep the property clean, they answer every call quickly and the maintenance team is top notch! I would absolutely recommend this peaceful, beautiful community to absolutely anyone!
