Love where I live! Carlton Arms Apartments are a great place to live. The community is safe and quiet! The people iI the main office are always pleasant and helpful with issues. The amenities are great! I love going to the pool (there are 2 of them) to relax with my partner. The gym is open during the day to all residents (haven't utilized it but plan to). Used to love it here I used to love it here my 5th year will be my last. Noisy staff rude and stand offish new management has put huge fee increases for EVERYTHING the one thing that is the worst is the employees who work here dont get held to the same rules and restrictions as the people who pay full rent, we suffer

unfriendly, unwelcoming They have people constantly walking around were the lake is ,not a good place to put a public sidewalk , close to the patios, there have been drug addicts people of all kinds, talking loud on phones,drinking and kauking into your apt no privacy, not respectful of us living here. walking after dusks this is dangerous for single parents, elderly and those with disabilities and children. Carlton Arms Ocala I got this apartment for the patio, I don't smoke; there are smokers on either side. Appliances are old, and for the price need to be updated. No ice makers, issues with pluming 3 times in less than a year. I'd have done better in a less expensive place, with better amenities.
its not the best I lived there and too expensive for what your getting. Not the best, parking is terrible and ppl in the office aren't nice. I wouldn't go back. One morning I found my car with a flat tire, had no idea until I saw it and one of the security guys threated to have my car towed if I didn't fix it right away and was super rude about it. Like seriously of course I'm going to fix it I need my car.
Carlton Arms Review I like all they have to offer but the expense is pretty steep and the only ones that are good for space are the 2 bedrooms especially if you have a good amount of furniture
