CANL My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and overall the place is average. The rent does always go up every renewal. The past year they have been doing a lot of construction on the property(re-roofing, patching and painting the driveway areas) which was noisy and a pain. Now they are advertising a new dog park addition. This past year though it seems they aren't holding up to their usual standards. Carlton Arms of N Lakeland Carlton Arms is a great apartment building that features old brick style and a homey community. They have various events and even serve food every week to keep you entertained and full! The scenery is also amazing! With two large lakes and two huge pools you always feel like your in your own paradise.

Carlton Arms North Lakeland If you are looking for an apartment complex that is away from the noise of busy streets, gives you a park like feeling when you look out from your patio or balcony then this is the place for you. Carlton Arms makes you feel safe, part of a community, has an excellent staff. If you have a problem within the apartment, one phone call and they are there to solve it. Mrs Quiet, safe, family retirement community, with wonderful administrative staff in a clean tropical setting, close to everything with waterfront views. Yard maintenance included & trash pick up twice a week. 2 clubhouses with pools & private gym with updated equipment. All around great community.

Carlton Arms North Lakeland First of all they provide 24/7 security at the entrace and are just a call away for any issues. Each unit is 100% move-in ready with detail oriented. They have numerous amenities to include, but not limited to: two pools (one heated during the winter), fitness center, car care and more. They also include basic cable in the rent. Its also in a very convient location to shopping, grocery, and convience store.

Peace and Quiet, HoneyComb HideOut!! "HIDEOUT" comes to mind while you drive into this apartment complex that is in a secluded area, which is in a great location- Shopping areas and restaurants to banks are in walking distance. Leasing staff are great and very helpful, I lived here for 6yrs and can't tell you when there was a piece of trash on the ground. They keep this place very clean and maintained. Dear Mum and Dad A lovely little community not gated or greeted by a friendly volunteer there are 2 clubhouses and pool is spacious and the staff is ever so friendly. Very close to a mall and shopping centers the best part is the (24 HOUR Walmart). I get so excited knowing its there. We have a balcony view overlooking trees and even a place to wash your car how much better can it get and the gas station in front has free air for your tires (Wawa)so friendly too. Its a great area.

New Begginings This is a great place to live as of now people have been so nice and its a welcome change as we moved from DC. The pool areas are nice and the work station is perfect for emergency web browsing. The staff has been very accommodating since my grandfather lives with us. We hope this place helps us restart our lives in a positive manner.
