Amazing Property Apartment hunting can be the biggest pain, as we all know. Society has changed and with the implantation of AI software, human face to face interaction is almost non existent in the apartment world. At Carlton Arms North Lakeland the friendly faces when you walk in makes it feel like home. The staff is kindhearted and they truly care. Satisfied Great place to live. Apartments are very nice and clean. Office staff is great and very friendly and the maintenance staff is awesome..... very safe place to live..... highly recommend
Great apartment at reasonable price Large apartments, lovely grounds, very responsive and friendly staff. Moved from California and staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Been here for 5 years Great environment, wonderful scenery and atmosphere. Office staff is very helpful as well as maintenance when you need them. Easy to submit requests if needed as well as quick response. Easy to pay rent on line. Nice living spaces and I really love living here.
5 star community The community is so quiet, safe and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm so grateful to be part of great community.
Live in the Woods Carlton Arms Employees are great. Each time I need anything done it's done that same day. I lost my keys and within the hour someone brought me a new set. The outside patio is great if you like to grow things or string lights across the fence. Lots of children to play or go to the pool. I love it here!
Great place to live! I’ve lived here over 6 years. The staff is wonderful, prompt and helpful. I have a special needs child and they’ve been very accommodating. It’s a mostly quiet community. Management is very quick to handle any issues that arise. The grounds are very well kept. If you are blessed to have good neighbors, there’s no better place to live!
Amazing staff I talked to Jamil today for about an hour with about a 1000 questions. She was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and assured me that the move to Florida would be a great adventure. Signed, Looking forward to being a new Carlton Arms resident.
