We tragically lost our daughter and had to sell her home. Tricia went above and beyond to get us through this process. From checking in to going after work to adjust heat to protect home when weather turned and we couldn’t make the four hour drive. Compassion concern respect understanding empathy kindness are just a few words to describe her. Hands down I would recommend her a thousand times over. Thank you Tricia for making this part of our trauma not difficult at all with you taking the lead.

Stacy was so wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable about the buying and selling process, and she goes above and beyond to make showings happen. In this market, it was essential to have a realtor like Stacy who could make showings happen on short notice. I am so grateful for her dedication, time, and flexibility! I love my new condo by the beach!

I felt very comfortable and confident with Stacy. As a first-time home buyer, it was like a weight off my shoulders to have her helping me through this process. Incredibly knowledgeable about home details, and what to look out for. It was nice to know that she paid attention to what I wanted in a home and was able to recommend places to me without me having to look. Quick response, patient, and I really just enjoyed being around her because I knew I was in good hands.

Michelle is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market, being creative with offers, and is so quick to respond when questions arose. Michelle really went above and beyond for us and we know we wouldn’t have gotten our home if it wasn’t for her and her skills!

Tricia, and the whole Brost Group team, were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in working with us on our house search. We needed to do our search remotely and Tricia's expertise gave us the confidence to do this. We found a house we're very excited about living in, in a perfect location for us and we closed on the exact day we wanted. Tricia went above and beyond in her efforts to make all of that happen.

STACY WAS THE BEST!!! She is such a pleasure to work with never pushy, she was bold straight up forward and honest. I feel like a friendship has grown with her thru this whole process by helping my boyfriend sell his house and getting us a new house WoW with in 3 days apart. Do I recommend Stacy OMG!!! With out a doubt the best . You will not be disappointed.
