Drew came out to give an estimate for leveling out an area where our sewer line was just installed in the front yard. He was very thorough and friendly. After many calls went out for estimates, he was the only one that called back and came out, so Birchcrest got the job. Drew and Josh came out on the hottest day of the summer, 104 degrees heat index, did a fantastic job of removing rocks, leveling it out and raking in topsoil, plus seeding in a little over 2 hours! Truly professional. Good work and excellent cleanup. I was afraid that they could not or would not attempt to make it look like the tree was never there, but they did!!

I’ve been using Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, Inc. for almost a decade. I have found their Office Staff to be professional, prompt and friendly. My experiences with Brad Lang and now Nathan have been very positive. Andrea, Dan, Nathan, Sarah, Victor, Larry & Howie have been wonderful and very accommodating in going the extra mile. The other team members whose names I unfortunately don’t remember, have been great also. I would highly recommend Birchcrest for all your landscaping needs!

I contacted 3 companies for removal of a dead 50' Blue spruce, to include removal of all wood & stump grinding. Birchcrest Tree & Landscape offered all the services and was the best price. Plus, since they are landscapers, I also contracted with them to pick up the stump grindings, level the area and plant grass seed. While we had to wait about 3 weeks for Brad to come and complete an estimate for a lawn landscaping job, he came and provided estimate on the spot. He said the work would be completed by the end of September. The estimate seemed reasonable & we completed the contract. About 6 days later, we received a call telling us three workmen would come the next morning @ 8:30 to complete the work. Sure enough, two trucks loaded with the necessary topsoil pulled up @ 8:30. irchcrest was here Tuesday 10/14 to clear lines for ******** and left huge divots in my yard from their boom truck. I took pictures of the divots so I have them time stamped. When I called today to see if they were going to fill them in, I was told they didn't do work for ********. When I insisted it was their truck, she came back and said yes it was them but the ruts were caused by the ******** truck today. They came and cut down a fallen tree for ****. Made a mess, but assured me another crew would be back for cleanup. After two weeks I called them to find out when and "VAL" told me **** does not allow them to clean up after themselves. Refused to provide the thier contact at ****that could help me and said it was my problem. Was not even my tree. I planned on taking them to small claims court, but **** has advised me they will take care of it. We will see, these people suck!
