Smooth. Every step is fully explained. Next appointment was handled while in the chair with my phone, not jammed in a hallway. At checkout, I was given options based on how my insurance company annual date figured into the next appointment. NOW THAT is thoughtful. Dr Patel is courteous, knowledgeable, and communicative. I drive 25 minutes to get this level of attention.
