Had been waiting to be okayed for a procedure by my insurance. When that finally happened 2 months later, we called Bender Dental & were offered something the next day! Dr Trott and her assistant handled the minor extraction with care. Recd after care instructions for handling any bleeding & sensitivity at home. Followed instructions & things went well. Very grateful.

Very helpful to be fit in sooner than expected. Hygienist Nina & dentist, Dr Trott - kind and gentle as always. Bender Dental remains a great practice for us!

Over the last several months I have had full mouth extractions and dentures made. The entire staff from the front door to the treatment room has been fantastic every time I've spoken with the office staff or was treated in the chair. Dr. Trott has done an amazing job taking care of me. Her techs were absolutely amazing. It was a stressful process for me and they handled it all so well. The end result is beyond my expectations. Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Always courteous staff from check in to check out. Hygienist is always friendly, courteous and up to date on prior procedures I have had. Always suggests things I should be doing differently to improve my gum health as far as preventing tarter from building up.

Well run practice with strong experience evident in all positions. All staff are pleasant and courteous. Dentists are all well-schooled and highly experienced. We get great care here. Our only frustration is breaking through the scheduling backlog to maintain regular cleanings. It would be perfect if they would just add enough cleaning capacity to accommodate patients who want 6-month cleanings.

Always grateful for the fine service at this practice. Waited a bit longer than usual to be seen this time. Saw a different hygienist than the one I was scheduled to have seen. That was disappointing, but the hygienist I did see was very good & apologized for the wait. Couldn't make a 4 month appointment for my next cleaning, so was given a 7 month appointment with the promise of being on a wait list to be called if something else should open up sooner. Lovely to unexpectedly see Dr Bender briefly.

Other than the comments below, my rating would have been 5 stars. The hygienist and Doctor are both 5 stars. Parking was not available in the lot in front of the practice so I had to park in another lot. Unfortunately, it was also raining. When I entered there was no one at the check in desk so it took a bit of time to get checked in. Fortunately I was still checked in prior to my appointment time.
