the good: they were able to warranty out my water heater and installed my dishwasher on short notice. the bad: told me my venting for water heater wasn't right so I paid to have them do that too. They basically replaced a T with a wye and everything else was same. the ugly: had an HVAC company come out and quote me for a furnace and AC replacement and they told me that the venting wasn't up to code... frustrated paying hundreds of dollars for things to not be done to code. not quite sure the technician was a licensed plu... read more
Very poor installation on a brand new home, purchased this house and there is no trunk line, all round pipe with tee’s and flex duct. Not a single bit of static pressure to the system. Paid a other contractor to install actual trunk line & runs
