Coldest day of the winter and Justin was to the rescue! Heat was down to 48 degrees this morning and he was able to get here within an hour of calling. It started with Karey who answered my desperate phone call. She was extremely calming and so sweet and I knew I was going to get taken care of today! Justin was also very kind and professional and was able to get the heat kicked on while he left to get the replacement part. Now we are back in business and on our way to a warm home again.
