We saw Dr Miller today for our 1st visit (new dog owner) and I was VERY HAPPY with her and the tech who weighed Mia in! Reception desk and payment desk need to be a bit more customer service oriented! Overall good experience and this WILL be Mia vet!!!
My dog had surgery there a few years ago and they did an excellent job on her leg. A week ago Gracie passed away on her sleep. It was on Sunday and my regular vet was closed so I called Northview and drove Gracie and they were very kind and understanding and took care of her for me. Gracie was 14 years old and they were very gentle with her.
I have seen mostly the reproduction department. Which is excellent! I have recommended the emergency, after hours to a friend.
I had to put my dog to sleep, the staff were outstanding, they treated us with respect, and they had sympathy for our situation. They weren’t pushy at all.
I went there back in November when my Chihuahua had episode that I had never seen before. They got me in quickly and the issue was resolved although we never figured out what it was. I decided I was going to bring my pets there and the service is impeccable, the staff is cheerful friendly and helpful and the cost is about what I would expect to pay. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I had to use them on January 1st for an emergency euthanasia.. I can’t say enough good about them. I will be using them as my go to Veterinary office.
