RecommendedWe were in a crisis with our beloved Rasputin struggling. We knew the time was upon us to help him transition and ease his pain. The environment was calm and caring. we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye. Thank you so much for going above and beyond with our sweet boy.
RecommendedWe had to take our dog there Friday evening because he wasn’t keeping any food down and he is a diabetic. We were very concerned for our Benny and with all the care he received he came home today and he was back to his old self. Everyone there was amazing, they were very busy over the weekend on emergency calls and unless you see this in person you don’t realize the work the veterinarians, Vet techs and all the employees do to make sure everything is handled. RecommendedRecently had to euthanize one of my pitbulls; everyone here was so compassionate and empathetic, giving me as much time as I needed with Seth before saying goodbye to him. They made sure we were both comfortable in our last moments together. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 out of 5, as yesterday I received a card that was signed by all of them, giving their condolences on my loss of Seth. TL;DR: fantastic clinic with empathetic vets and vet techs.
RecommendedFor a number of years the staff at Northview has taken excellent care of our household cats on a relatively routine basis. But when an emergency arose recently involving an outdoor cat who had adopted us, they were there for him when he needed immediate help. Dr. Riedl was compassionate and honest about his condition in a manner that was most comforting. Though he didn't survive the ordeal, we truly felt that our neighborhood friend Flag received the best possible timely care.
