Carroll helped me with a sale of a "challenging to sell" property in a outlying area that other real estate agents couldn't be bothered with. She showed her experience in local area sales and found a buyer working with other agents. All this with me being out of state and doing this transaction via email, ,mail, and phone. Found her to be able to sell anything, anywhere, even hard to market properties. Highly recommend her.

Anderson Realty helped us find a rental property when we first moved to Wadesboro in the summer of 2009. We were under extreme pressure as I was supposed to start a job within the next month and only had a weekend to find the property. The place we found was very suitable and we have lived here until we will eventually find a place to purchase. Sam is outstanding guy, my wife and loved him. He found multiple locations and drove with us all over. He took us to lunch, and when we found a place we loved later he helped in all ways. We were in new mexico and he got it done thank you soo much sam

We have bought and sold 8 properties almost to 2 million dollars in the past 2-3 years, owned 20 in our life time and this was undoubtedly the WORST realtor experience we've ever had. I'll TRY to keep it short but it was bad every time we had to communicate with her. We have moved out of state. We were to meet Carroll at a Country Restaurant on Highway 74 that was over a 2 hour drive from our home. We arrive, no one there. We get tea, wait 10 minutes, no one. I was very disappointed in my conversation with Dru Andersen. I was immediately asked if I'm willing to pay delta of his commission because his agency is only receiving 2% of sale and they need to get paid also. That was his direct statement. This is highly unorthodox and he proceeded to laughed with every question I presented. I found him extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER use 'this realtor.
