Carroll Anderson was amazing to work with. Our house needed a lot of work and she coordinated everything with contractors. Living hours away from the property we could not have done it without her. She also believed in the value of the property and got more for the house than we imagined was possible. She certainly knows the Anson County market and her many years of experience paid off for us.

Dru didn’t mind walking timber with me and was a huge resource on the land itself. Carrol was a wealth of knowledge as well. Really a class act. I can’t think of anything more I needed or could have asked for.

Carroll has been in the real estate field longer than anyone I know. She definitely knows her stuff. We had out home listed with another agency but switched to Carroll and she was much better.
