AC unit stopped working during a heat wave. **** sent out *****, late on a Saturday, who promptly found and repaired my unit, and was charged a very reasonable price, given it was an emergency visit. Returned a few weeks later to adjust a few things and did not charge me. ***** is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. ****** is also great to work with. Highly recommend this company/team.

I have been most happy with the service that Air Specialties has provided since I signed my first service contract with them two years ago. From the telephone call to schedule a visit right through the departure of the knowledgeable and conscientious technicians after their work, Air Specialties is a first-rate organization. I learned quite a bit from technician **** during his service visit today. A very pleasant experience, as usual.
