Our builder choose Air Specialties to install the HVAC system in our new home, and that was a great choice for us--!! We have continued to use them for the periodic maintenance on our systems, and we could not be more pleased. All of their staff who have been to our house have been thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. ***** was out today and provided perhaps the best service of all. Air Specialties will continue to maintain our HVAC systems, and we look forward to seeing ***** again.
This was the second time ******. has performed routine maintenance on our HVAC units and both times he has been courteous, pleasant -natured and very clear in explaining issues related to heating and cooling. He is a good communicator and an asset to your company. I will request that he performs all of our future repairs and maintenance.
***** came out today and was very professional. He ordered what we needed to fix our furnace and said he would be back in a couple of days when the parts come. Nice to see such a good attitude. I� recommend them!

I have always found the folks at Air Specialties to be knowledgeable and professional, and **** is no exception. He was courteous, fast, and efficient and concluded his service call by insuring that if anything were to go wrong, all I had to do was call and somebody would be there to fix any problem.

Technician ******. gave me excellent service on a routine maintenance call on Sept. 21. He also explained aspects of my system I had not fully understood. AND he went without complaint up into my very hot attic and down into my very small crawl space--what a great guy! He's a real asset to Air Specialties. And--frosting on the cake--he loves cats (even when they settle down on the roof of his van). 5 stars for Air Specialties!
