I have been a patient for many years, and I am always satisfied with the care and how kind everyone is. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. I wish them all well, but it’s time to find another provider. 😔
Around 3 or so years ago, we actually stopped coming here because the staff was incompetent and very inconsiderate. I’m not sure what came over us, but we moved closer to Manhattan and decided to try it again. Well, on my first visit back I was 12 min late and they said they couldn’t see me. I drove almost 45 min and they turned me away. We tried it again and they just don’t know how to treat people. I went to them to get a good bit of dental work. I had a consultation with them about what the price would be, they broke down cost and gave me a total. I had to take out a loan to get it done, then was informed half way through that I was misinformed of the cost and was charged incorrectly on a visit. So after taking out a loan I was then left with egg on my face. They said they would talk about the mistake with their boss and get back to me. Been working with this office for 2-3 years now, after visiting 3 others in Manhattan. We've had mostly good experiences with this office. Fortunately, none of the negative experiences had to do with staff interaction or feeling unsafe more like poor planning and circumstance out of their control. All said and done we will continue to use this office because everyone I've dealt with is caring, knowledgeable, approachable and seemed to be happy to help.
I have been going here the last 2 years. Not impressed with last week's teeth cleaning.....I realize we have to start somewhere but felt like a student's guinea pig last week.
