My husband went in for a cleaning and they only took X-rays. He was told that they only had an hour and that they did not have time to have his teeth cleaned. He would have to come back, and it would be an extra $114. dollars. We are in our 60's and have never had any problems with going to the dentist and having our teeth cleaned, and x-rays done in one sitting. We just moved to the area, and he was on our insurance. We will be going to someone else. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Get X-ray pieces that don’t gag adults and children. Our mouths hurt from the forced X-ray pieces. Dentist barely spoke to us. Not the best beside manner. We won’t be back. My 7 and 11 year are still talking about their not so great experience.
Not one to write reviews but....Just stay away from this place. I had crowns done here and some other work done. Totally screwed up my root canal. A very well known endodontist in Cheyenne specifically has said they have been fixing mistakes from here and I'm not the only one. EVERYTHING they did had to be re-done. Several other dental office here in town know about the fine work these people do. Stay away, your mouth will appreciate it, as well as your wallet.
I called and specifically asked if they do payment plans for teeth extraction. I knew that one of my teeth needed to come out. I was told of course they do and that they would discuss it with me at my appointment the next day( great service, knowing I needed to be seen as soon as possible). After my appointment I was told they don't do payment plans on teeth extractions and that I would need to come up with the money(400$) to have it pulled(I'm very broke at the moment and this was a big emergency) if I would have known this... read more
The doctor is absolutely amazing! But the office staff isn’t… They told us 6 different times to go elsewhere, but we loved the doctor and the hours…. After my son had his impressions done they told us we had to go to Cheyenne radiology for xrays???? So my all inclusive price did not cover this cost!!! At that point abs after being rescheduled 5 times we decided to switch to Webb ortho and alpine dentistry!!!! The prices were also way better elsewhere:)
These guys are WILDLY EXPENSIVE!!! 😱. I’ve called around to compare prices and it’s absolutely mind-blowing how expensive these guys are compared to local competitors.. Talk about price gouging!! 🤯 🤯 🤯. Buyer beware!! 🙀🙀🙀😭😭😭 I never do reviews like this. However, due to the lack of price transparency, I feel it’s my duty to inform the public just how expensive WCFD Is 😿.
I feel as the doctor here doesn’t care about his patients. I have been tying to get my issues with my teeth fixed. And while I know my issues with my teeth are my fault, I didn’t have the money to do another procedure. When he asked me about care credit, I told him that I had to use it on my dog unexpectedly. Horrible! Didn’t fix the correct teeth, shoddy work performed on the ones that were...Had to go to Aesthetic Dentistry and spend even more money getting the correct work done and fixing the terrible work done here. And to top it all off, Dr. Whiting was condescending...you should never tell your patients you’re giving them a placebo and laugh at them.
