Saddened to see the appraisers uprising homes. I wouldn't price anything over 400k 600k, even that would be excessive. Most homes in the area originally sold for 70k to 500k. Mold, outdated structures, distance economy, dangerous commuting conditions, external expenses, planning for the future,raising crime rates. It's like real estate fraud! It's a beautiful area but why drive domestic stressors up!!
