Love this clinic. I’ve been going there for about 12/13 years. Dr Pedersen and the rest of the staff have been nothing but caring, interested, helpful, and knowledgeable and professional with every pet, question, concern and communication (email, voicemail, messenger message). They all do this profession because they love animals and want to give them the best life possible with their owners and it shows. Everyone at Westside Family Pet Clinic treats my dog and me as if we’re family! Caroline and Chloey at the front desk are super friendly, helpful and efficient! And working with Dr. Stevie Morris is amazing! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and always treats my dog as if he’s the most important appointment of the day! So grateful for them all.
We had the most amazing time this past Saturday at Westside Pet Clinic. They provided their fur baby friends the opportunity to come in for a Winter Wonderland photo shoot. They had the room set up with a variety of scenes to choose from or even choose them all. We had so much fun and truly felt blessed to have had this opportunity. Noah worked so well with Henry!! Can’t say enough good things about Westside Pet Clinic and the staff there. After being a client of another long time vet clinic in town and seeing the decline in quality of service in the last year or two, we decided to make the switch and we couldn’t be happier. They were so compassionate and respectful when we lost our dog recently, and are very responsive and helpful when we call with questions about our other animals.
Dr Shane is always so patient and understanding when taking care of our pets. We have been gone to him and his staff for 13 years. He is very knowledgeable and is not afraid to say he does not know. But he will find out the answer.
