Our furnace quit working Christmas night, so I made an early-morning call on the 26th to Weaver to make an appointment (we have a maintenance contract with them). The young lady I spoke with told me someone would be there around 9:00. The technician got here, introduced himself, and asked specific questions about the problem. I had an old unit that only took care of half my house. I explained this to the tec and he came up with a simple and affordable solution. I did get a new system but it was due. Infact he tried to talk me out of it as he said I could get a few more years out of it. I decided to move foward with a new one anyway. I am very pleased with them. A friend of mine also up graded his based on my experience. Thank you
