The technician was GREAT! He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Wish all companies had employees who were as efficient technically and good at customer service like him. Don’t remember his name but would like to say he was excellent at helping with the problem with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend him and weaver heating and air.

The service person arrived on time. He was cordial, explained that he would be changing/replacing the furnace filter. When he finished, he let us know when it would need to be changed again and someone from Weaver would call to schedule the day and time. Thank you, Weaver Heating and Air.
