Weaver Heating & Air has excellent service. The installation process was good as well as the prices and follow-up.
Difficulty with service technician, however, owner of company helpful with trouble shooting and problem solving; willing to reach out to customer to ensure satisfaction.
I have never seen such terrible service from a company. My mother who is 82 years old called them to come and repair her furnace. They first told her they probably couldn't fix it but would check to see if they could get the part. They never called her back. She called them they said they had the part but had to wait to fix it. She called the next day and told them she would get someone else to fix it. They came right out but only fixed part of the problem and told her to go downstairs and "kick" it and it would come on. Weaver Heating and Air fixed our unit in July of 2014 and August of 2014. The total was $406 for both service calls. We gave them our info. Imagine our surprise when we contacted them in May if 2015 and were told we had an outstanding balance of $406. Now I can't get anyone to call me back. I would use ANYBODY else to fix my unit.
