My overall experience with WCU service has been great. If I did not like them I would have changed companies long ago.
They are prompt, very efficient, and I have had no problems. I am very pleased with the service and plan on doing business with them.
I have used WCU on a couple emergency situations this past summer when we had issues with our Air Conditioner. They were prompt at fixing our unit but we knew it did not have much life left. A few months later we ended up having them replacing it and they had it done quickly and charged a reasonable rate.
