After visiting another dentist for a few years, treatment was refused on my son because of his sensory issues. Our first trip here the dental hygienist was not only able to clean my son's teeth and perform a full exam but was able to get all the necessary xrays. The staff is friendly and very patient. I am so thankful we made the switch!
My daughter has had a hard time going to the dentist for the last 2 years, she got bitten in the mouth by a dog. I needed to find a pediatric dentist that could help. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry is that place. It was worth the drive to have her be calm.
Dr Andrew and staff are absolutely amazing!! They schedule your child with the same hygenist each time so there is a familiar face. They are so patient and truly take the time to make your child feel at ease. We have never had any issues making an appointment and never have to wait long once you arrive. We love absolutely everything about this office!!
Our eight year old son was referred by our dentist in Potsdam and we found the staff, doctor, and atmosphere to be awesome! I called on a day that the office was closed and received a call back from Sarah the same day (I wasn't expecting to hear from them until Monday!). She even offered her cell phone number in case we had an emergency over the weekend! My 3 year old was referred to Watertown pediatric Dentistry for his chipped tooth. From the moment we walked in I loved the office and so did my son. He ended up getting his tooth removed and they were so great with my son. Their so professional and everyone is nice 😊
