I called them out on a rainy day in July of 2023 after calling others who could not schedule me for a few days. They said it depended on the weather if they could come out today and check why my AC had stopped working a few days before. The sky cleared up and I got a call that the technician was on his way. I believe the technician was John, but I might be mistaken. Either way he was great and was able to resolve the problem and give us some options.
