My entire family, multiple generations, go to this practice. They have always been very professional and great. Dr Brewer was the first eye doctor to help my son. We had gone to multiple eye doctors and they all completely missed that he basically had double vision and is unable to track. She gave him a special prescription, recommended a special place for eye therapy and he is reading so much better and he reports that the double vision is gone. I cannot thank her enough!!.

I cannot express how wonderful Valley Eyecare & Eyewear Gallery is in a small review. From the moment I walk into their beautiful office and are greeted by their lovely staff, I feel comfortable and welcome. I adore Dr. Lyons. I have been going to her for over 10 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. She is a true professional. She cares about her patients. At 57 after 15 years of using readers I finally realized, I needed glasses. I had a great experience with them. After receiving my new glasses I stood out front of their shop and stared at the mountain ranges I've looked at for the last 20 years and saw tree tops clearly. I stood there for 5 minutes just amazed. Took my son there for glasses as well and we both had amazing service. A+ all day. Excellent customer service

The entire staff at Valley Eyecare is excellent - friendly, on time and attentive! Over the last six years or so I have had appointments with both Dr. Lyons and Dr. Brewer. They are knowledgable and approachable. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. I have never experienced a long wait and I am always happy with the service by all staff members.

I absolutely love the doctor and her method and procedures. However, I absolutely dislike their front desk and customer service. I wish I would remember the two ladies I dealt with but unfortunately I don’t have names. They are rude and don’t seem to care. Because of their attitude and unwillingness to provide excellent customer service, I have moved to another business.
