Dr. Hoang and her staff provide a relaxed, yet professional, atmosphere, which makes me feel more comfortable snd secure. They take great attention to detail; never seem rushed; and have identified some potentially dangerous skin conditions on both my husband & myself. Fortunately, Dr. Hoang caught them early, and provided quick treatment, before they became a serious health issue. I highly recommend Mansfield Dermatology to all my family & friends. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Other than the wait time, everything was exceptional. Dr. Huang is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My procedure was painless and quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. The office is modern and well appointed. I enjoyed the patient information gathering process since it was electronic and I was able to do my copay myself using the handheld console.
