Best ambulance service ever! The staff is excellent and exceptional. This company saved my life twice back in 2022. By all rights, I should be dead but because of the excellence in care I am still here and forever grateful to Twin City and their staff. Heck I just might apply to work there, that's how great and wonderful they are!! Thank you Twin City for saving my life, not once but twice!
My adult daughter required paramedics the other evening. I was extremely pleased with the promptness of them arriving. Especially happy with the team that arrived, Gary and Trish. Gary did an amazing job of explaining and talking with my daughter about her situation and also to me. They were both so very helpful, especially Gary...calm, knowledgeable, and helped us to better understand the possibile situation. Thank you to both!
They provided great care for my son who was experiencing issues from surgery. They took him to ECMC from Tonawanda -the bill was $1800-seriously that is ridiculous. They only transported him they did not provide any life saving care!
Honestly, I’m a little embarrassed. It’s been 9 years to the day . Where I believe the captain? He carried me as I went through one of this most traumatic experiences in my life . 9/26/15 I was having my baby 3 months early and he died a week later. None the less his team and him showed up today for my grandma . I required the services of Twin City on June 12th and I did not get the names of the emt's who arrived to my home but they were very helpful, professional and caring to me and assisted the other first responders move me safely to the ambulance for the transport to the hospital. Then another Twin City crew that was at Kenmore Mercy between calls when I was discharged later saw me struggling to walk down the ramp to wait for my ride home when Debbie and Alex came up to me and helped me move to a more comfortable spot then wai... read more
