I'm looking for the two emt's that responded to a call for an ambulance on August 28th around 1am to paige ave in tonawanda. They were absolutely amazing and I'd really like to thank them but I don't remember their names.

Waiting in the tim Hortons line I see this ambulance with his lights on in the the parking lot for at least 5+mins. As soon as his partner comes out they fly out of the parking lot with sirens on. Well that's 5+ minutes wasted that could of been needed to save someone's life!

My parents had them at there house yesterday, for their tenant upstairs when my father asked what was going on the EMT got very nasty with him and told him to mind his own business. I think as a Landlord he has the right to know what is going on in his house.

On Two separate days that were consecutive, The Same EMTs came to my daughters house and on both occasions these EMTs told my daughter that my 3 year old Granddaughter just had a cold and that the hospital would do nothing for her. Well we took her to her Drs and she told us to go the Childrens Hospital right away. When we got there they were expecting her. After 2 days of being Hospitalized...

Very unprofessional on Friday November 7th. I was questioned as to why I called for an ambulance for my sick mother, almost in an accusing way that she was fine. There were 3 people on this rig on that day. A woman and 2 men. She was scolding them in a way as if they were children in front of my mother.
