The waits are ridiculous even when you have an appointment sometimes the front desk nurses act upset if you say something although I do like my Dr there that my kids see

They only get a 1 because I have to. They obviously have no concept of time management or I would not have to constantly wait over an hour when I have an appointment.

Awful doctors office Worst doctors office ever ppl think because it's the only pediatrics in Thomasville u are stuck going pulled all three of my children out office staff is rude Like they are dping u a favor and no one ever picks up the phone be prepared to sit on hold at least 20 mins.....and there is only two decent doctors everyone claims everything is viral and it takes 3 or more times to get medicine for...

waiting game I have been on hold each time I call the office. I wait anywhere from 15 minutes and up to 28 minutes just to talk to a real person.when we get there it is another waiting game be prepared to spend 2+ hours at least.

Have 2+ hours to sit and wait I have actually been on hold to their office 28 minutes. I have always been 15. Minutes early for appointments. We wait usually 45-60 minutes to get called back meanwhile other people get called back that arrive after us and we have had to come back out to the waiting room after getting vitals taken because there wasn't an exam room open. More waiting then we get called back only to wait...

Who charges to transfer medical records ? This place does. We have not had a very good experience here.

poor Were here 15 minutes before my childs appointment. 30 minutes later got called back took vitals, then said they had no exam rooms open, so got sent out to waiting room. Meanwhile people that came in well after us getting seen. Another reason why Thomasville will always be Thomasville

Poor service I've called and called thi place over a dozen times just to be on hold 24mins wht a disgrace the staff are lazy and just rude at times

Horrible Experience! Thomasville Pediatrics has been my daughter's doctor since we moved to Thomasville almost a year ago. I really like a few of the MDs there including York, Reedy, Rob Williams, and Roberson but my last visit there caused me to lose all faith...
