I set an appointment for a routine cleaning. The wait was several months. I was told I would be put on a cancellation list. A couple days before my appointment, my tooth breaks. I give them a call and they tell me they can see me tomorrow (glad I was on that cancellation list) and that I will likely need two appointments to fix the tooth. I go in. They do my routine cleaning and take x-rays. They determine my tooth was broken so far down the nerve was exposed, and that I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I then go ... read more

I use to love this dentist office but I'm done. My husband and I have been with this office for around 20 years and have never been so disappointed. I called because I'm having pain from a tooth. I was told it could be weeks before they could see me. What in the world is going on. This is not a cleaning this is a tooth that may have an abscess. My husband also received a crown and had to wait a couple of months to get the crown, even though it was in the office. I'm going back to Aspen. I don't recommend this dentist... read more

Got a filling last week. Called Friday they were closed (ok). Called today as soon as they opened to try to get an emergency appointment was told they had no openings til September! For an emergency and I was just seen there!! Wow no compassion will be looking for a new dental practice. Edit : 10/24 I called to get an update on my appt for filling as on 10/25 ( just getting the time so I’d be on time) and was told I no longer had an appt and had been referred out and couldn’t come back period. I don't trust people with my kids, a dentist is no exclusion. My kids will never be alone with anyone I don't trust 100%. They refused to let me stay in the back during my daughters procedure. I was out of the way, not talking, not getting in the way in any way. I was told I had to wait in the waiting room. I asked why and they pulled me out to talk to me, told me that some parents get in the way or talk while procedures are being done and so it is their policy.
