Love this place. Staff is friendly and sweet, wait times are not crazy long. Doctor is very friendly! Took my 5 year old for the first time and all staff treated him so well. Would give this place 10 stars if i could
It was quick and easy to get an appointment. The staff were friendly and engaging. Dr. Franz was very personable and thorough. the opticians were extremely knowledgeable when choosing lenses that fit my RX. It was a great experience.
Loved the way they treat patients. The staff are kind and will help you look for your preferred eyeglasses. Dr. Lyman is kind and friendly.
Everything was good. Everyone’s was professional, interested in what I had to say, and took their time and didn’t rush me. I feel that they cared about my well being. That makes me very comfortable.
Not great, it is better than any other eye drs in the area though. Can definitely improve by being more detailed with patients about their issues prior and after examinations. Assure follow up with patients after getting their expensive eye glasses instead of making ppl feel like they are just money marks... have had better experiences with other eye Dr's back home...
