My child has learned so much in her time at The Children's Village. The teachers are great and really care about the development of the kids. They also communicate very well with the parents.
The best part about The Children's Village is the atmosphere. The facility itself is great but the teachers provide an excellent caring atmosphere. I definitely recommend bringing your children here.
My daughters have been at TCV for over a year and we LOVE it! My 2 year old LOVES her teachers and they are just as excited about seeing her as she is them. Both girls are always well taken care of, and we are always well informed of events and things that are happening. My 3 month old receives excellent care in the infant room and is well taken care of. This is by far the best center in Richmond Hill. The teachers are all qualified and trained, the classrooms are clean, they make the parents feel secure, and the entire center gives excellent customer service. I would recommend this center to all parents who are looking for the total package!
This is byfar the best childcare that you can get in the Richmond Hill area. I have personally experienced the main competitor... RHMPS... and it left alot to be desired. I had an awful experience there. The teachers and the owner are apallingly disrespectful. My child did not adjust well there as the teachers didn't try to connect. There were other issues we tried to address. We have had to have similar conversations at other daycares, where the facility would work to understand our needs. This place however behaved in an apalling fashion. They disenrolled my child and told me I had half an hour to come pick up my child. **Notice that subsequent reviews are made monthly for the last six months at about the same time frame during the month. Those are not real reviews. Click on the name and notice how each person joined and reviewed a dozen things in the same month and haven't reviewed anything since.
