We’ve been going to The Ark since it first opened, after switching from Pediatric Associates in Memphis to find care closer to home due to ongoing medical needs. The team at The Ark has gone above and beyond—not only have they provided exceptional care, but they also helped us find the right specialists who finally developed a care plan that has significantly reduced asthma flare-ups and allergic reactions. While the wait times can be a bit long, the quality of care makes it more than worth it.
Christian Garrett is by far my favorite person on this planet. She is my son’s pediatrician and I could never choose a better person to be a provider for him(Especially as a first time mom). If you’re looking for someone to truly listen and care about what you’re saying; she is the person for your child. I have never once been made to feel weird or stupid for the many, many, many concerns I’ve had since my son has been born. I love her so much.
Alex loves the ARK! They always take great care of him. It makes this momma feel good to know there is a pediatric clinic so close to hope that cares for our family! :)
Took our newborn here and everyone from check-in staff to nurses and the doctor were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They answered our questions and genuinely care for all of the children. They all seem to love their job which says a lot! I'd recommend this place to any parent looking for care of their child.
My babies get so excited to come to the doctor! The nurses are very sweet and Dr. Nguyen is amazing. My girls love the atmosphere and love to play with the nurses on duty.
