TC Innovators, under the watchful eye of Jesse *******, delivered a superior product for both my home roof and for my commercial building roof. They connected me to a siding company which did a very satisfactory job also. Jesse assisted in mediating between the estimators and the workers and took his time covering each aspect of the project so I would completely understand the process, whenever I had a question, I did not have to wait to get a call and give me the info that I needed. TC Innovations replaced my roof, fascia and gutters. They have been excellent to work with. They have done everything to my satisfaction. I still have a small section of gutters to go up but I do not expect any problems. I recommend Jesse ******* who was the project manager and Tom the owner for going above and beyond.

From our 1st call for a roof inspection to the final settlement, the complete project of getting a new roof was totally worry free for us. They inspected the roof & determined there was enough hail damage to file an insurance claim & then they met on our roof with the insurance roof inspector. I had a repair to the top of my fireplace done by TC and after a 6" rain, nary a drop of leaking. I am very pleased with them and the quick response to my problem. I've been trying to fix this leak for 10 years. Everyone else seemed to think it was the roof leaking, but it was the top of the chimney which was letting water drip down to the air exchanger above the firebox. Tom and guys did an excellent job and then i found out they were even my neighbors.

Thanks TC for sending Eric ****** out to inspect the roof. He was professional, courteous, and found some small issues as well. The maintaince for the aging screws on the metal roof was explained with photos. Although it's been inspected before, the metal panels are not lapped correctly, which I never knew, and this can be fixed when they replace the old screws. Before leaving Eric so kind as to seal 9 or 10 small holes he found at no charge. Recommend! Carol *****, homeowner Eureka Springs
